وطنا اليوم:قرر مدعي عام محكمة أمن الدولة توقيف 6 أشخاص من ذوي الاسبقيات الجرمية المختلفة من ضمنها فرض الاتاوات والذين تم إلقاء القبض عليهم أمس الأحد.
وقد اسند للمشتكى عليهم تهم جناية تشكيل عصابة بقصد التعدي على الأشخاص والأموال وارتكاب أعمال اللصوصية بحدود المادة 3/ط من قانون منع الإرهاب رقم 55 لسنة 2006 وتعديلاته و جناية السرقة بفعل شخصين وأكثر باستخدام سلاح بحدود المادة 401 من قانون العقوبات رقم 16 لسنة 1960 وتعديلاته وجنحة حيازة سلاح ناري بدون ترخيص بحدود المادتين 4 و 11 من قانون الأسلحة النارية والذخائر وجنحة حيازة مواد مخدرة بقصد التعاطي بحدود المادة 1/9 من قانون المخدرات.
